Digimax Design respects the confidentiality of all our clients and will not divuldge any details, or customer information.

Protecting your privacy is impotant to us. When you use our website you do so anonymously. We don't collect personal information and we don't use cookies. We do log IP addresses for statistical purposes.

If you register your email address for our free newsletter, we use it to update you with our latest products and promotions. We do not provide any email addresses or lists to 3rd party organisations. At any time you may request to discontinue receiving the newsletter by simply e-mailing and informing us of your preferences.

CD/DVD Duplication
Copyright material will ONLY be duplicated for the copyright holder or with authorised permission of the copyright holder. Where applicable an approriate letter of authorisation must accompany the master cd. In order to comply with intellectual property right laws, regulations and practices Digimax Design, requires that for copyright material a copyright Letter of Authorization should be submitted on letterhead, and signed by an authorized officer. While a fax copy is acceptable at time an order is submitted, the Original must be supplied to Digimax at time master materials are submitted for duplication.

Prices on this Web Site
Except where otherwise indicated prices do not include delivery and GST. Prices may change without notice.

Payment
We do not accept credit cards, all accounts must be paid by cheque, money order, electronic transfer or cash.

Where company orders are placed for cd/dvd duplication to a value of $500 or more, then a 50% deposit is payable in advance. and the balance on delivery unless prior arrangements have been authorised.

Equipment purchases must be paid in full prior to the item being desptached.
